Start talking to Captain Rovin in Varrock Castle.

Go to Graveyard in the wildy lvl 20 & talk to Sir Prysin.

Go to Chaos Temple Lvl 12 wildy & kill the Zombie lvl 120. (43 prayer recommend)

Zombie should dropped a item, take the item to Captain Rovin in Varrock Castle.

Go to Varrock Sewers & kill Ice Queen (43 prayer recommend)

Ice queen should dropped a item, take the item to Captain Rovin in Varrock Castle.

Go to Thurgo he is located near Port Sarim.

Go in the dungeon next to Thurgo's house & kill General Khazard lvl 122 (43 prayer recommend)

General Khazard should dropped a item, take the item to Captain Rovin in Varrock Castle.

Go to yanille & kill Fareed lvl 167 (43 prayer recommend & cant kill it in 1 time)

Item isnt dropped atm, i posted it on forums if it's fixed i will edit the guide.
